1. Latar belakang pendidikan sebagai berikut :
- Auditor Internal (IA) : S1 Akuntansi/ S1 Teknik Industri
- Staf Teknik / Produksi (STP) : S1 Teknik Industri/ S1 Teknik Mesin/ S1 Teknik Elektronika
2. Indek Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) :
a. minimal 2.75 untuk S1 Teknik
b. minimal 3.00 untuk S1 Akuntansi
3. Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris dengan baik.
4. Usia, maksimal 27 (dua puluh tujuh) tahun.
5. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Ms. Windows dan Ms. Office).
6. Memiliki kompetensi, ulet dan mau bekerja keras.

Accounting Supervisor

Your accounting background in a busy environment will be an asset. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, good knowledge in Financial Accounting System, strong attention to detail and follow through, are a must in this diverse role. The incumbent also have responsibility in supervising accounting department activities, such as: AP, FA, Accrual and set up clossing monthly or yearly process closing as on schedule.

With Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Management from reputable university
2. Have strong analytical skills & good command in English
3. Willing to work hard, consistent, and a good team player
4. Minimum 5 years experience in the same field is a must

Factory Accounting Assistant Manager (Code: FAAM)

Job Accountability :
* Responsible for the development and implementation of effective costing processes and procedures
* Ensure the accurate and timely provision of costing data to support the growth plans of the business
* Reconcile accounts and check the accuracy of journal entries
* Responsible to coach less experienced accounting staff and help them to resolve problems.

Job Requirements :
* Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring on Accounting.
* Experience minimum 3 years as supervisor in finance or accounting area
* Excellent both in Communication & interpersonal skills
* Good in leadership skills
* Qualified on cost accountant area
* Excellent analytical thinking
* Self starter with an investigative nature
* Able to meet tight deadline and ready to work under pressure.
